Homanyuk M. Social adaptation and integration of Meskhetian Turks in Ukrainian society

Object: Meskhetian Turks' group in Ukraine; The Purpose: finding-out of influence of adaptable and integration processes on ethnic groups, and search of directions of practical realization of ethnopolicy in places of residing the Meskhetian Turks in Ukraine; The research methods: analysis of documents, polls, interviews; Theoretical and practical results: on the basis of the main ethnosociological approaches is analyzed the ethnic genesis, modern state of the Meskhetian Turks' group, on the base of analyses of the adaptable processes it is possible to make a conclusion that adaptation of the Meskhetian Turks has passed successfully in Ukraine; Novelty: The complex approach to the analysis of processes of social adaptation of migrants-representatives of ethnic groups which has been approved on an example the Meskhetian Turks in Ukraine; The level of implementation: practical recommendations of ethnopolicy were used during realization of the international project directed on formation of tolerance in relation to ethnic groups.
