Barbakar O. Fire blight of fruit trees: reservation, prognosis and facilities of disease limitation

Dissertation is devoted to the study of reservation places of fire blight agent, meteorological terms, which results in development of disease, of prognostication of symptoms origin and exposure of facilities of its control. The presence of exciter of fire blight is confirmed on territory of Ukraine, it is investigated the biochemical, morphological and serum properties of the selected isolates, selective influence of one-year escapes and long-term branches is set on the aggressiveness of E. аmylovora. The model of prognostication of fire blight development is worked, which enables preliminary to foresee the flashes of disease. The scale of co-operation of maximal and minimum days' temperatures is developed for the count of accumulation of the infectious loading. The assortment of pesticides is set with bactericidal properties for the control of disease. The expedience of the use of streptomycin is demonstrated for the disinfestations of material with the purpose of limitation of the pathogen distribution.
