Sulik R. Clinical-instrumental characteristics and treatment of patients with atherotrombotic and cardioembolic subtypes of ischemic stroke.

The work deals with analyses and generalization of clinical - instrumental and neuropsychological indices when both in acute and rehabilitation periods. The patterns of dynamics of neurological deficiency were displayed, systematization of dopplerographic indices in acute period of cerebral infarct (CI) was made, 4 typical dopplerographic patterns for АТ subtype of ischemic stroke and 6 for CЕ were separated. Short-term prognostic value of each methodic of checkup in the acute period of CI was achieved, integral index of weight as the most informative index of short-term prognosis of neurological deficiency in the most acute period of CI was suggested, algorithms of diagnostics of neurological deficiency in the most acute period of CI were elaborated. Characteristic EEG features of AT and CE subtypes of CI were separated, and brain symmetry index as the most informative criterion for studying neurological deficiency dynamic in rehabilitation period of CI was determined. Imperfection of the clinical classification of lacunary cerebral infarct was revealed, and its etiomorphological analogue was suggested. The positive effect of complex neurometabolite Boluses Huato therapy in patients with AT and CE subtypes of hemispheric CI in rehabilitation period on the speed and quality of neurological deficiency recovery, indices of integrative brain activity, normalization of neuropsychological status in comparison with control group and indices of Doppler and EEG as against before-treatment data.
