Pirojkova J. Administrative Regulation in Sphere of Motor Industry in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of administrative - legal regulation in sphere of motor industry in Ukraine. The genesis of administrative - legal regulation in sphere of motor industry in Ukraine in the legislation and the legal doctrine is analyzed, the concepts, specific features of motor industry as object of administrative - legal regulation are determined; the mechanism of administrative - legal regulation in sphere with detailed studying each element is considered; foreign experience of administrative - legal regulation of the automobile - building industry is analyzed and preconditions and priorities of its loan in Ukraine are formulated; the basic prospects of development of administrative - legal regulation in sphere of motor industry in Ukraine (theoretical and practical aspects) at the present stage are outlined.
