Garnik T. Guard, regeneration and use of architectural potential in the context of development of historical region (on the example of the Cherkasy’s the region)

The article of research is a guard, regeneration and use of architectural potential in the context of development of historical and cultural areas; research purpose is determination of architectural potential as factor making a system kernels in the context of development of historical region of the Cherkasy’s region; research methods – used: systems approach in determination of historical and cultural areas; complex approach in regard to a guard, regeneration and use of architectural potential; scientific novelty – an environment is structured with architectural potential, historical and cultural areas are exposed with dominant architectural potential, ty-pology of historical and cultural areas is developed; research results enable to intensify the processes of guard, regeneration and use of architec-tural potential; introduction of results of dissertation research: teaching „Historic art”, „Bases landscape architecture”, „Projects”; it was drawn on scientific developments for the correction of theprograms on development of historical and cultural territories of Cherkasy’s region; the branch of science is architecture.
