Object – patients by myocardial infarction, unstable stenocardia and stable stenocardia; methods are clinical, laboratory, instrumental; research of function of endothelium of vessels and function of myocardium by a echocardiography method, statistical; novelty - complex influence of oxidizing-restorations processes and metabolic factors is first investigational on development of endothelial and myocardial disfunction at IHD, set dependence between character of changes of endothelial function of vessels and their mechanical properties and clinical forms of IHD, by the presence of concomitant hypertension and chronic cardiac insufficiency, to the well-proven possibility by the informatively-mathematical analysis to conduct prognostication of subsequent motion of IHD; results - the predicted scale of destabilization of flow of ischemic heart disease is developed; branch – medicine.
