Essay

Object: mixing screw in composition of hydraulic droved stucco station. Purpose: increasing of efficiency of mixer. Methods: experimental studies; multiple-factor analysis, logical generalization and mathematical modeling. Equipment: sensor of forces, converter of frequency of current, sensor of power, instrument for writing of galloping processes. Theoretical results: motivated passing work processes of mixing screw at interaction of labour body with mixed ambience and mechanism of hydrodynamic interaction of screw device with outline ambience. Practical results: is created and manufacturing application hydraulic droved stucco station with mixing screw; it is advanced technological process of mixing of mortars. Novelty: analytical correlations of estimation of interaction of screw with mortar; studied influence of parameters of mixing screw on power-consuming of mixing; with provision for physical-mechanical features of mortars is determined and confirmed nature of influence of parameters of screw onexpenseses of energy; has got the most further development experimental study of regularities of motion and physical-mechanical features of mortars. Application: experimental sample of stucco station pass production test; the stucco station is recommended to production in series. Sphere of use: scientific institutions, production and building enterprises, educational institutions, connected with development, production and usage of building machinery.
