Essay

Object: process of preparation of concrete mixtures in mixers of forced action. Aim: creation of theoretical bases of planning and development of concrete mixers of forced action with one billow intended for preparation of concrete mixtures. Methods: a mechanics of continuous environment, classic theory of vibrations, methods of physical, mathematical and computer design, are used. Apparatus: complete set К-505. Theoretical and practical results: analytical dependences for determination of law of motion of mineral particles, resistance forces arising up in case of interfusion of concrete mixture and also basic parameters and power of drive of concrete mixer of forced action with one billow; creation principles and method of engineering computations of mixers of forced action with one billow with volume on the boot from 100 l about 1500 l. Novelty: be exposed to conformity to the law of power co-operation of shoulder-blade with the concrete mixture and found to conformity to the law for determination ofbasic parameters of concrete mixer of forced action with one billow. Object and inculcation degree: method of engineering computations and experimental-industrial prototypes of mixers БСМ-100 and БСМ-250;be inculcated in the open joint-stock company "Кредмаш", LTD "Kremenchug mechanical factory", the Kremenchug enterprise "Будшляхмаш". Inculcation efficiency: the productivity rises, the consumption energy goes down, the quality of mixtures rises. Use industry: build machines, construction.
