Batazhok S. Batazhok Socio-economic guarantees during market transformation

Theoretic-methodological and practical problems of market transformation are being researched. Scientific approaches of socio-economic guarantees classification are elaborated, contradictions of socio-economic guarantees providing system are discovered (i.e. definitions of indicators, social norms and standarts in conditions of market transformation). World experience of socio-economic guarantees providing is analysed in the context of social justice realisation, especially in the domestic economy. The components of the mechanism that protects the people's rights on socio-economic compensations are discovered and have to be combined with the restriction of bureaucratic privilages in conditions of market transformation. The specific of socio-economic guarantees realisation in conditions of Ukrainian economy transformation process is analysed and the ways of their realisation mechanism improvement are determined for people capable of working and those who are not.
