Object of research: objective laws institutionalization the market of the real estate. The purpose of research: to rqise efficiency of efficiency of institutes of the market of the real estate Ukraine on the basis of studying behaviour of the institutional-organized subjects. Methods of research: dialectical, structurally-functions, logic-historical, graphic, system, the institutional-behavioural analysis. Results, novelty: theoretic-practical of recommendations on perfection of activity of the institutional-organized subjects in the market of the real estate of Ukraine are proved.
