Object: the process of becoming and development of the agri-cultural land market. Purpose: the substantiation of the ecologic-economical foundations of becoming and development of the agricultural land market . Methods: analytical, logical, a generalization, economical-statistical, economical-mathematical, graphical. Novelty: for the first time the flow diagram of rational land-tenure, that consist of the ecological and economic measures directed on the guard of the land resources and increasing of soil fertility was elaborated, introduction of these measures will provide the becoming of synergetic connection between nature and society. Results: scientifically-methodical foundations to expert estimation of the agricultural lands are improved. Introduced at the main regional administration of the land relations in Rivne region, at other public institutions, at educational process.
