Research object: management by the personnel of industrial enterprise in the conditions of crisis; аim of the dissertation: theoretical ground, elaborating, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations to the management by the conduct of personnel of industrial enterprise in the conditions of crisis; research method and apparatus: theoretical generalization, formal logic, systems approach, statistical analysis, expert questioning, graphic analysis; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach is developed to determination of types of the crisis state of personnel of enterprises, based on the peculiarities of the enterprise collaborators’ behavior, classification of crisis situations, in which after a basic sign – by the sphere of origin, a new additional type of crisis is selected – behavioral, system of principles of management by a personnel in crisis terms, which are included the anti-crisis principles conditioned by the peculiarities of the enterprise collaborators’behaviorare , classification of anti-crisis measures on the management by the personnel of enterprise after the additional sign of their character. Technology of anti-crisis management of personnel of industrial enterprise taking into account the peculiarities of the enterprise collaborators’ behaviorare; the practical value of the got results consists in that their use allows to determine the type of the crisis state of personnel of enterprise and inculcate the effective in existent terms complex of anti-crisis measures most, to select the behavioral groups of personnel within the framework of anti-crisis activity of enterprise for the choice of effective facilities of influence on separate workers, to inculcate technology of anti-crisis management of personnel of enterprise for the improvement of his state; object and degree of introduction: developments of inculcated in practical activity Ukrainian-Bulgarian LTD „PIRANA”, Kharkіv, Joint-stock Company „Business-Сenter „Leader Clas”, Kharkіv; sphere of the use: production activity of enterprises of mashinoboudouvannya, chemical and easy industry, educational disciplines.
