Essay

The object of research are the digital logical systems. The purpose of work is increase of efficiency of test generation methods at the base of evolutionary approach.During researches the methods of boolean functiions, finite state machines, parallel calculations, technical diagnostics, evolutionary calculations and logical simulation are applied. As a result of researches the new evolutionary methods of test generation that allow to increase the fault coverage and test generation speed. The area of application are the enterprices, which design the digital systems.
