Virchenko V. Formation of the institutional structure of financial market under the transition economy.

The substance, composition, gear, macroeconomic functions and typologisation of institutional structure of the financial market are investigated under methodology and conceptual framework of neoinstitutional economic theory. The analysis of the economic views on the role of financial institutions and their place in economic system is carried out. The character and extent of influence of institutional structure of the financial market on socioeconomic development under market transformation of a national economy is determined on the basis of results of econometric analysis. The primary regularities, peculiarities and contradictions which define the process of formation and development of institutional structure of the financial market under transition economy are discovered. Basic theoretical and practical proposals concerning development and improvement of the mechanism of functioning of financial institutions which belong to institutional structure of the financial market of Ukraine are formulated.
