Ryabika Y. Origin and legalization of multi-party in the conditions of transition from totalitarianism to democracy: history-political analysis

An object is a multi-party as by the political phenomenon which on verge of 80-90th of the last century provided a transition ot totalitarianism to democratic reorganization of society. Research methods: scientific methods, methods of empiric researches of political science, were used. Novelty: in the first time in scientific research the problem of origin and forming of multi-party is studied as an integral process in the conditions of transition from the soviet totalitarian system to democracy and national sovereignty; logical connection is shown between appearance of social and political structures and to subsequent their transformations in political parties and the variants of political pluralism are specified in relation to the situation of the explored period; reasons and factors which defined insolvency of the single-party system are studied in all republics of former Union. A sphere of the use is development of theory of the systems of parties.
