Tomin M. Use the ultrasonic scalpel in operations on the stomach.

ТЬе object of research: Physical methods of dissection the the tissues in the patients with surgical diseases of stomach. The purpose of study: To define an opportunity of use of a ultrasonic scalpel at performance of operations on a stomach for preventive maintenance of an inconsistency of seams gastroenteroanastomosis and duodenal gut. Methods of research; Clinical, instrumentals (ultrasonic, gastroscopy), laboratory, pathomorphologycal and immunogistochemical methods. Practical significance: On the basis of the received results the way of formation gastroenteroanastomosis with use of a ultrasonic scalpel (the patent of Ukraine for useful model №17229 from 9/15/2006) is developed and introduced in a clinical practice, that allows to lower risk of an inconsistency of seams anastomosis in the postoperative period. Results of scientific researches are introduced in practice of job of surgical branches of Railway clinical hospital - item Kharkov. Scientific novelty: For thefirst time features of morphological changes and dynamics of reparatory processes occuring in a gastric wound at use ultrasonic dissection are studied. For the first time dynamics of synthesis of different types collagenes and immunological picture in the gastric wound put by a ultrasonic scalpel and an electroknife in experiment is studied.
