Kravchenko S. Juridical nature of the economic companies participants rights

In this work the notions of corporate rights, right of participation and rights of economic companies participants are researched; their comparative analysis is provided, by which unique order of the above-mentioned notions is proved. The internal differentiation of proprietary rights and incorporeal rights of participants of economic companies is proposed. The first ones are divided into exceptionally property rights (right to dividends; receiving of means after withdrawal from companies, except the join-stock companies; right of shares redemption in the case of company’s liquidation) and into preferential rights, directed at acquisition of proprietary rights. It is proved that incorporeal participants rights do not have a personal character and their nature is organizational.
