Essay

The scientific work is devoted to study of the role of hormonal changes in a system of immunity and hemostasis, and also in functional activity of bronchial epithelium in pathogenesis of purulent-destructive forms of chronic nonspecific pulmonary diseases (CNSPD). Results of researches in the scientific work prove the existence of control hormonal system of a reproductive system over functioning of cellular immunity, and also the system of hormone-dependent immune supervision for the processes of reparative regeneration of bronchial epithelium. Expediency is scientifically substantiated the possibility of dysbalances correction of functional integration of an immunity system and endocrines system, and also proliferate potential (including lymphocytes changes) bronchial epithelium with the use of chronic gonadotrophin and factors of thymus is proved. The endobronchial method of prophylaxis of development of postoperative complications and correction of immuno-endocrinous dysbalances of patients with CNSPD was carried out and put in to the clinical practice. With the patients having purulent-destructive forms of CNSPD hormone- (timalin-, testosterone- and gonadotropin-) dependent morphogenetic activity of lymphocytes was founded and it was proved that endobronchial injection of gonadotropin horionic to such patients promotes the stimulation of timalin- and testosterone- dependent lymphocyte activation of proliferate processes in bronchial epithelium, decreases the number of postoperative complications of purulent nature from 25,5% to 9,8% (by 15%) and limits the treatment time by 10-12 days.
