Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of pregnancy course and parturition, state of newborns in women living in the conditions of iodine deficiency and being carriers of the increased antibodies level to peroxidase thyrocytes. It has been established that the use of undosed iodine preparation for hypomicroelementosis correction and autoimmune thyreopathy determinate more difficult pregnancy course, premature parturition, complications of parturition, increase neonatal transient hypothyroidism incidence. The algorithm of antenatal care tactics in the conditions of iodine deficiency and autoimmune thyreopathy presence has been suggested. Expedient use of selenium as supplement to the base therapy of threatened abortion in women with the increased level of antibodies to peroxidase thyrocytes has been substantiated.
