Essay

The dissertation deals with the study of etiopathogenesis, clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of gestation obesity. It has been established that development of gestation obesity in pregnant women is accompanied by the destrorbances metabolism of lipid, hormone and cytokine disbalance, the development of chronic placental insufficiency. On the basis of clinical and paraclinical examination the features of the pathogenetic course of gestation obesity have been established, the methods of complex treatment of the pregnant women with the usage of such medicines as Essenciale-Forte N and Epadol have been substantiated. These preparations increase the efficiency of the patients treatment and decrease the incidence of complications during the pregnancy, delivery as well as imprave in the condition of the both fetus and newborn.
