Essay

Object of research is acute toxicosis, caused by one time ethanol alcohol poisoningcombined with cadmium chloride and lead acetate prolonged intoxication. Aim: to investigate the main parts of pathogenesis of protein metabolism violations in rats with acute alcohol poisoning combined with cadmium chloride and lead acetate prolonged intoxication, and their correction by the help of carnitine chloride and enterosorbent "Algigel". The results - it was determined, that poisoning of animals by ethanol, cadmium chloride and lead acetate is manifested in protein synthesis and detoxification liver functions violations, activation of free-radical protein oxidation processes, dysbalance in proteinase–inhibitor of proteinase system and endogenous intoxication development in all terms of investigation. The usage of carnitine chloride and enterosorbent "Algigel" with the purpose of correction of biochemical violations normalizes the indices of protein metabolism in affected animals. The results of the research wereapplied in educational institutions of medical type. The field - medicine.
