Smirnova K. Perfection of economic methods of management of nature protection activity on a regional area

An object of research is a process of functioning of the economic mechanism of nature protection activity as major element of ecological policy of Ukraine. A purpose of research is a development of theoretical and methodical thesis, development of the practical recommendations of perfection of economic methods of effective management of nature protection activity. Methods of research - analysis, synthesis, economic-statistical method, lines of dynamics, comparisons, analogies, analytical and logic, system approach. Scientific results: first new methodological approach reflecting processes of fluktuation in interaction of a society and natural environment is offered and also level of technogenesis of territory of region, which has allowed to develop: the new factors which are taking into account change of volumes of negative influence on an environment in an established time interval and factor of ecologscal situation of territory; the new classification attributes of gradation of territory of Ukraineare developed on the basis of the account of potential of their ecological danger, which size should be taken into account at account of the taxes for pollution of environmental natural environment. Results - development and deepening of the theoretical and methodical approaches of perfection of economic methods of management of nature protection activity.
