Essay

The object of research is an aggregate-assembling production in aircraft building. The purpose of research is a reduce of aircraft building enterprise expenses in an aggregate-assembling production by the means of knowledge-oriented support of decision making during the aggregate assembly. The research methods are: discrete mathematics and mathematical logic, set theory, theory of the complex systems, knowledge engineering and artificial intelligence, multiagent approach. Scientific novelty of the research results: the method of technological decision-making support is worked out for the first time, that based on knowledge-oriented models, in which, unlike existing, for determination of deviations from a schedule and removal of possible rejections consequences a logical conclusion on causally temporal rules and product logics is utilized, which allows to automate treatment of production processes information monitoring and management the aggregate assembly in aircraft building. The network model of knowledge representation is improved by expansion of Petri network by presenting the time in an explicit way, that allows to utilize information, which changes in course of time, in the process of knowledge inference for decision-making support during the aggregate assembly on an aircraft building enterprise. The method of expert system building for automation of aviation production further developed; method allows to present causally temporal dependences between facts and events in the production knowledge base and to execute a logical inference taking into account current status of assembling units in an aggregate-assembling production, thus reducing the expenses of enterprise in the case of deviations from the production schedule. The practical value of research consists in development of certain engineering methods, algorithms and program tools for decision-making support of working technology realization of the aggregate assembly on an aircraft building enterprise. The results of dissertation research are used on the enterprise of aviation branch and in the educational process of the National aerospace university, and their subsequent use is expediently in hi-tech productions, such as shipbuilding, aircraft building.
