Sociov-economic sphere of furnover sn the modern terms of transformation economy. Research metods dialectical, structural-functional and comparativt, economico-statistical. First in a theory deepening, that home trade of the completed forming and approbation of institutes and institoutsiy of sphere of turnover; it is led to, that the transactsiynih cost cutting is the function of trade. Determination of trade as industries of economy are exica. Deepening of thesis about the real possibilities of the speed-up forming in auction industry. Recommendations are inculcated in relation to the analysis of activity of auction enterprises, factors of their growth and models of going into the markets of competitions.Recommendations are inculcated in relation to the analysis of activity of point-of-sale enterprises, factors of their growth and models of going into the markets of competitions. Position, conclusions and recommendations, can be the conceptions of strategic development of point-of-sale enterprises andtheir activity applied for development in modern economic terms, and also in an educational process.
