Processes of evaluative activity. Generalization of value theory evolution, development of cost measuring methodology and basis of evaluative activity in transformational economy of Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, evolutional and institutional approaches, structurally-functional and economic-mathematical. It was realized a retrospective comparative analysis of labour cost theory, marginal conception, marxist and institutional theories, on its base it was substantiated methodology of factors of production cost evaluation (land and labour force), investigated its price dynamics and defined a specific of evaluative activity formation in transformational economy. It was given the estimation of evaluative activity development perspectives in Ukraine. It was offered a series of recommendations of methodological and practical disposition, directed on real estate evaluation effectiveness rising as whole and labour force.
