Essay

Aggregate of socio-economic relations, concerned with insurance services using in recreation of labour force. Development of conceptual approaches and theoretical basics of insurance services using in labour force recreation mechanism, and also development on this basis scientifically-practical recommendations concerning strengthening of insurance services social orientation. Methods: abstractly-logical, supervision, structural, comparison, analysis and synthesis, historic and logical approach. It was investigated the formation process and contemporary insurance services market conditions in Ukraine, defined directions of its improvement. It was realized a development tendencies analysis of compulsory social and private personal insurance. It was offered the directions of its further development and effective functioning. It was defined the realization peculiarities of medical insurance and insurance of life in developed countries. It was developed the concrete suggestions concerning creation of conditions for effective recreation of labour force on base of rising systems interaction level between social and personal insurance on commercial footing. Sphere of insurance services in Ukraine, educational process.
