Essay

On the basis of clinical, functional and neuropsychological peculiarities patients with stroke consequences the methodic of quantitative rehabilitation potential and prognosis evaluation with use of standard grading scales and ICF principles was developed. Theoretical approach for new scientific problem resolving with complex determination of clinical-rehabilitation groups was also developed. We perfected principles of planning and organizing screening, rehabilitation potential and prognosis evaluation, criteria for rehabilitation programs developing with use of current rehabilitation technologies, evaluation of it's effectiveness in hospital and medical social expertise commission's functioning.
