Zivzach M. The employees of the special subdivisions of organs of internal affairs the psychological disadaptation reactions (diagnostics, psichocorrection and prophylaxis).

In the thesis the level of mental health of worked of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was characterized: the clinical peculiarities of the course of borderline mental disorders, peculiarities of its dynamics and their outcomes, and also their relationship to specific learning conditions. Structure of mental disorders among recruits was characterized by the presence of psychological reaction, situational mental disadaptation reactions. Diagnostic criteria were worked out; and 4 variants of situational mental disadaptation reactions were established. On the basis of the results obtained a psychotherapeutic system and primary and secondary psychoprophylactic methods were worked out for these disturbances; based on the optimization of adaptive possibilities by bettering the learning process, formation of adequate motivation of recruits, and also the use of psychotherapeutic, psychocorrective, psycho hygienic methods.
