Usenko R. Financial approbations according to the administrative legislation of Ukraine

Dissertation is the first monographical research dedicated to the theoretical and practical problems of the legal regulating of financial approbations in the sphere of administrative-delictual relations. The work reveals the meaning of the notion of financial approbations according to the administrative-delictual legislation of Ukraine. The work defines the legal nature of the indicated measures on the basis of the present legal liability, highlights their traits and types, defines the main functions. Special attention is focused on the legal regulating of the process and reasons of the financial approbations application. The author defines the possible ways of improving the legal regulating of administrative-delictual relations in the realm of financial approbations application. The author formulates specific conclusions and offers as to the making of changes and additions to the present legal liability and legislation ancts.
