Essay

The dissertation is devoted to prediction of the long-term outcomes of aneurysmal intracranial hemorrhages and optimization of treatment policy. As a result of the researches the system of prediction of the long-term outcomes of surgical treatment of patients suffering from aneurysmal intracranial hemorrhages was created. The system allows to predict presence of physical inability attributes, occurrence of depression and anxiety disorders. The most patients in the long-term disease period have depressive and anxiety disorders, the severe reduction of health-related quality of life, the disorders in the concentration of attention and analyticity of inductive thinking, the infringements of the vegetative tonus in the cardiovascular system, disorders of water-electrolytic balance. The presence of depressive and anxiety disorders in the long-term disease period significantly depends on the presence of intracerebral hemorrhage, intraventricular hemorrhage and temporary clipping. The presence of physical inability attributes significantly depends on the patient's condition during his discharge from the hospital, presence of epileptic seizures in a debut of the disease and the localization of the aneurysm. On the basis of this system of prediction of the long-term outcomes the complex of practical recommendations, which is directed on optimization of treatment policy of the patients was created. Key words: aneurysmal intracranial haemorrhages, long-term outcomes, prediction.
