Essay

The dissertation is devoted to logic and philosophical analysis of development of theoretical and practical bases of eristik in history of a philosophy. The main method of research is the comparative method. It is certain, that East tradition considers dispute as process which, among other things, executes also examination functions in aspect of development of the person, and acts, on the one hand, as means of check of abilities and achievements of the person for ways of its personal development, and with another, one of methods of such development. In turn, in the Western tradition, it is observed the most impotent of rational principles above spiritual compound the person.
