The object The object is public relations during the customs legal procedures in the sphere of insuring of human rights and freedoms; the purpose is the analysis of the theory of customs law, legislation and specificity of the activity of customs bodies and working out the proposals which improve the process of realization and protection of human rights and freedoms; the methods are general scientific, special, dialectical, historical, systematical, logical, analytical, comparative and legal; the novelty is the first attempt in modern Ukrainian legal science to create a complex research of the organizational and legal foundations of the activity of customs bodies in the sphere of insuring of human rights and freedoms; the results may be used in legislative and lawmaking activity, scientific and research sphere, educational process and law-enforcement activity.
