3. In dissertation are created, in theory are grounded and ex- perimentally confirmed, methods of computation of the effect- тive modes of drying of fruit-berry raw material in the weighed layer; it is set, that the high temperature and speed of drying agent intensifies a process of drying and results in the decline of specific energozatrat; the conducted complex of analytical and experimental researches confirmed possibility of substan- tial intensification of process of drying of fruit-berry raw mate rial in the weighed layer; the engineering method which it is possibly by to conduct computation of process of drying for the wide range of temperatures and different vegetable raw mate- rial is developed, and also to optimize temperature conditions for products.
