Voetskay E. Improvement of the technology of production of mixed folders for dogs

The dissertation work is devoted to working out of new technology of production of dry mixed folders for dogs. Recipes of fatty composition and full-ration mixed folders for dogs with their different physiological state have been worked out with account of animal necessities for nourishing and biologically active substances. Experimental investigations of technological processes of extrusion of grain mixtures with fatty composition and with flax seeds and of processes of mixing components of mixed folders and extrusion of mixed folders with fatty composition have been carried out. Regimes of processes have been established. The economy of energy expense in new technology of production of mixed folders for dogs is reached as a result of exclusion of process of drying mixed folder after its extrusion.
