Dissertation is on the receipt of scientific degree of candidate of engineerings sciences after speciality 05.13.06 ? Control the system and progressive information technologies is automated.? Dissertation work is devoted forming of terms of adaptive studies by development and construction of the educational system which designs intellectual activity of teacher, with the use of new effective information technologies on the basis of fuzzy logic. Methodological bases of construction of automatic control the system to the studies which take into account the psychological features of student are developed. Unclear models and algorithms of management of studies on principles of fuzzy logic a process are developed on the basis of design of intellectual activity of teacher. The correction of trajectory of studies to conduct on the basis of current control of process of mastering of material is offered. It is suggested to set informative accordance betweenthe measure of right answers on theoretical and proper practical material. The new quantitative estimation of level of intellectuality of the informative educational systems is offered. Experimental verification of the offered methods and algorithms of the realized informative automated educational system is conducted in an educational process
