In the dissertation the scientific task to develop and improve synthesis methods and calibrators of optimum measuring polyharmonic signals with the normalized spectrum (such as even, odd multisine and binary time-pulse-modulated signals) is solved. Algorithms, techniques and programs of optimum signals characteristics calculation are developed, perspective principles of microcontroller calibrators construction are offered, the technique to evaluate total error of the binary signals calibrator is developed.
