Telychko G. Automated system of the information processing to make the decision of selection and distribution of the personnel in an enterprise

Object of research: the process of selection and distribution of the personnel within an enterprise. The purpose of research: to create an automated system of information processing for the decision of selection and distribution of the personnel within an enterprise. Methods of research based on system analysis, mathematical programming, artificial intelligence, semiotic modeling, programming and decision-making theory. Theoretical and practical results: methodology, model and software of the automated system of the personnel selection and distribution within an enterprise is developed on the basis of the modified genetic algorithm and semiotic model. Novelty: new methodology and mathematical model of the optimum personnel distribution search within an enterprise; the genetic algorithm is advanced with the purpose to increase the probability of the global extremum search for the target function; the modified genetic algorithm is formalized using the semiotic modeling that allows to create the mechanism of influence of the a management object state upon the realization of the genetic algorithm under the semiotic model of the automated system of the personnel selection and distribution. A degree of introduction: the practical achievements have been implemented by the Counterpart Creative Center (Kyiv), Donetsk Branch of the VAT "Ukrtelekom"; have been used in the educational and study programs of the Donetsk National Technical University (Donetsk).
