Essay

The thesis is devoted to the solving of the scientific task - raising of the efficiency of purulent inflammatory diseases treatment in the puerperal period on the basis of the worked out and pathogenetic grounded emergency immune correction method, that will be favourable for maternal morbidity decreasing. Worked out criteria give the possibility to prognose the severity degree of the disease. The influence of X-ray radiated out of organism blood method on the other links of the immunity, specific resistance, hemostasis in partuent women with PID in the puerperal period, pathogenetic substantiated using of the given method is studied and it's high efficiency is proved.
