Zherdeva I. Prenatal fetus reservation with pregnant women suffering from destructed maternal passages' micro-biocenosis through observation at maternity clinics

The work deals with one of the important tasks of Obstetrics that is to decrease the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications with women suffering from destructed maternal passages' micro-biocenosis. It is for the first time that in the work on the ground of factors' determination having statistically reliable influence upon fetal placental insufficiency with pregnant women suffering from destructed maternal passages' micro-biocenosis a prognostic table is developed on risk evaluation of its occurrence. Cure and preventive measures are developed and introduced for pregnant women suffering from destructed maternal passages' micro-biocenosis for prenatal fetus in 1,3 times frequency reduction of fetal placental insufficiency, 4,2 times of infectious process during pregnancy, 2,8 times of premature discharge of amniotic fluid, 5,5 times of postnatal period purulent and inflammatory diseases, 1,9 and 1,4 times of newborns asphyxia and hypotrophy correspondingly.
