Nykolyn L. Clinical and pathogenetic aspects of genital endometriosis, optimization of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of reproductive function of women

Scientific work is devoted to increasing efficiency of renewal of infertility of patients with genital endometriosis by optimization of diagnostic, medical and rehabilitations measures on the basis of complex of biochemical, hormonal, morphological researches. In work the considerable changes of maintenance of microelements (iron, copper, zinc, cobalt) are first set in a blood and in endometrium of women with external genital endometriosis, which depend on endometriosis express, and can be examined as one of pathogenic links of disease. It is developed and inculcated the algorithm of and rehabilitation measures for women with violation of infertility on a background of external genital endometriosis by conducting of complex of surgical and medicinal correction of reproductive health violations and application of the differentiated approach to using of assistant reproductive technologies for women with infertility, which is caused by the external genital endometriosis of different degrees, that was instrumental in the offensive of pregnancy in 60,3% patients.
