The thesis is dedicated to the study in vitro of bacterial peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides influence on functional, metabolic activity and apoptosis of monocytes and T cells, and to the development of correction method of revealed changes by use of preparation Amisonum. It is established, that high concentration of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides suppress phagocytosis of monocytes and stimulate their secretory activity. It is shown, that high concentrations of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides in vitro stimulate secretory activity of T helpers and T suppressors. It is established, that high concentrations of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides activate in monocytes and t cells in vitro processes of lipid peroxidation, suppress the activity of antioxidant enzymes, reduce the energetic potential, promote development of imbalance in system of cyclic nucleotides, increase the apoptic markers expression on plasma membranes. For the first time it is proved, that preliminary treatment ofmonocytes and T cells by Amisonum solution positively influences on functional activity and metabolism of the given cells at the further treatment of them with peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides. The received data are used in the educational process of two departments of medical high school of Ukraine.
