The dissertation is devoted for containing the new scientific conception that enables to substantiate the sociological and socio-psychological approach for investigation of the relaxation phenomena as socio-technological function of the modern culture. This approach also enables to characterize socio-cultural determination and reproduction of the relaxation practices in their individual and collective types.
