The purpose of work is to rise efficacy of diagnostics of prostate cancer and metastases, optimization of monitoring due to use of IRMA of levels of PSA and derivates of PSA, optimization of choice of modern methods of diagnosis.The complex study of diagnostic possibilities of PSA and derivates of PSA in diagnostics of prostate cancer is applied. Application of radial methods of research is grounded depending on the levels of PSA.Effective combination of PSA and methods of visualization is offered for evaluation of treatment efficacy of primary tumor and its metastases. Tactic of follow-up of patients is optimized with the purpose of early diagnostics of relapse and advance disease.
