This dissertation work is given up to the advancement of therapy effectiveness owing to the improvement of pathogenic differentiated approach to the adenomyosis treatment equally with inflammatory process of genitals on the basis of peculiarities comparison of the disease course, as well they consider the systems' function of immune-hormonal homeostasis, morpho-functional condition of peripheral sections of the reproductive system in particular endometrium, and its receptor system. They made more precise on the importance of inflammatory genitals' process as a starter of adenomyosis formation at the young age. The revelation of the loss of receptor expression towards the estrogen and progesterone in endometrium during the inflammatory process of genitals dictate the necessity of complex anti-inflammatory therapy at the first phase of the treatment of those patients. In the connexion with the presence of irregularly directed affections of endometrium, it is necessary to approach differentially dependingon revealed pathology of endometrium.
