Kondratyeva O. Methodical system of checking and correction ofknowledge and skills of students of technical professions in the process of teaching higher mathematics

Taking into account the specific character and unity of components, a complex methodical system of checking and correction of knowledge and skills of students in higher mathematics has been created in the thesis. The importance of the research is determined by the new demands that are made by the society as to the professional skills of the engineers and the reformation of the higher education in compliance with Bologna Dec-laration and a credit-modular system of education on the one hand and by the whole series of weaknesses in the system of preparation of students of technical professions and its mathematic component in particular on the other hand. The structural ties between these components of the learning process have been also defined. It has been determined that carrying out the prophylactic correction contributes to the improvement of quality of the remnant knowledge and skills of the students. Here has been pre-sented a program method to arrange the students’ self-work, it has been worked outparticularly for carrying-out checking and correction by the students themselves.
