Work is devoted a study and scientific substantiation of after operation therapy of patients with a locally widespread convention kidney cellular cancer.On the basis of the use of vaccine and study of expression of receptors of interferon I type study results are remote treatments, grounded criteria of selection of patients in a after operation period for conducting of biotherapies. Research is based on the results of complex inspection and treatment 164 patients with a convention kidney cellular cancer, 32 patients after operative treatment were got vaccine, 62 patients after operative treatment were got interferon and 70 patients - without conducting of after operation of therapy.Application of charts of complex treatment of cancer of bud, results in the considerable improvement of 5-years-old survival, common state of patients, quality of life of patients is improved.
