Grebenyuk O. Clinical and pathogenesis peculiarities of circulatory encephalopathy with establishing of the expert servicemen health evaluation criteria

The paper is aimed at development of the expert evaluation criteria of servicemen who are hypertensive and atherosclerotic circulatory encephalopathy patients due to pathogenesis peculiarities of their development and clinical course. Taking into account the data of clinical and neurological, magnetic resonance homographic, rheoencephalography and neuroophthalmological examinations of 233 patients including 144 chronic hypertensive encephalopathy patients and 89 atherosclerotic circulatory encephalopathy patients, the main aspects in pathogenesis of formation of circulatory encephalopathy clinical implications and its stages were identified as well as the criteria of military and medical examination of servicemen were produced. Research conducted within the paper allowed to define more exactly the brain structural changes of the patients by magnetic resonance homographic method as well as to establish peculiarities of hemodynamic and changes on microvasculature level in tested patients. Besides, comparison and analysis of clinical and paraclinical data received were conducted. New principles of examination of military servicemen with developing of the most diagnostic informative criteria and own points system, that specify the stage of pathology progression during carrying out of military and medical examination, were introduced.
