The thesis is devoted to the questions of complex prognosis of the premature of interruption of pregnancy caused by viral hepatitis B. It has been defined high frequency of transmission of virus of hepatitis B from mother to a new-born. For the first time the level of markers of inflammation at women with viral hepatitis B was defined. It was defined correlation connection between the level of inflammatory mediators and state of new-born. It was scientifically unsubstantiated and was included in practice of health care the application of inductor of interferon, and complex of antihomotocsical preparations and antihypocsical complex with the purpose of prophylactic correction of the premature interruption of pregnancy, and prophylaxises of vertical transmission of virus of hepatitis B from mother to a child, at women with viral hepatitis B.
