Zagorodniy S. A Contract for Professional Training in a Higher Educational Institution.

The dissertation addresses the scientific problems of establishing limits of operation of the contract for professional training at a higher educational institution and determining the type of such a contract. Special attention is paid to substantiating the nominological definition of the contract under investigation. The notional characteristic of the contract for professional training at a higher educational institution has been determined. A conclusion is made that the given contract brings about a civil (binding) legal relations, which are not characterized as "composite". The contract for professional training at a higher educational institution by typology of its provisions has a mixed character. The main integrating element of such a mixed contract is the obligation to provide services, which in their generalized form can be termed services for professional training.
