Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the treatment optimization in patients with Q-myocardial infarction, complicated by acute heart failure on the basis of investigation of functional condition of vascular endothelium, platelets and cardiohaemodinamics. Changes of functional conditions of vascular endothelium by the endothelin-1 and serotonin levels in blood plasma, platelet aggregation and cardiohaemodinamics, their correlations in patients with Q-myocardial infarction with the acute heart failure are established in the work for the first time.
